Convicts whipped. Return to an address to His Majesty, dated 31st May 1833;--for, a return of the number of convicts publicly or privately whipped by the several sheriffs of Middlesex, by order of the courts held at the Old Bailey, in each of the three years ending 29th September 1830, 1831 and 1832; stating what fee or remuneration is payable to the sheriff in each case, and the fund or source from which such fee or remuneration has been or is payable.
