Parliamentary representation: voters polled, and number of freemen. Returns to two addresses to His Majesty, dated 12 and 16 December 1831;--for, returns of the number of voters polled at the last contested election for every borough, and the probable number of voters at this time; --number of freemen in every corporate town which now returns members to Parliament, whether the right of voting be in the freemen or not;--and number of persons admitted to their freedom in each year since 1800 to the present time;--also, the amount of fees raised upon every admission, and how appropriated.
