Loan Societies Bill. Amendments made by the Lords to the bill to repeal so much of an act of the fifth and sixth years of His Late Majesty, for the establishment of loan societies in England and Wales, and to extend the provisions of the Friendly Societies Acts to the islands of Guernsey, Jersey and Man, as relates to the establishment of loan societies in England and Wales, and to make other provisions in lieu thereof.
