Report from the Select Committee on the petition of Lord George Augusta Hill, stating that several of the names subscribed to the petition of William Henderson and others, freemen, complaining of the election and return for the borough of Carrickfergus are forgeries; and also the petition of James Simms, Henry White and others, complaining that their names were forged as signatures to the said election petition.
