Return to an address of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 21st March 1826; for a return of the number of slaves manumitted in each colony, in each year, for the last five years; distinguishing the number who paid for their manumission, (and, if possible, the average amount paid by each) from those emancipated by their masters; and males from females.
