Tithes. --1.-- A return of the name of every parish of Ireland, in which an agreement has been made under the Tithe Composition Act, for the commutation of tithes; stating, the amount of annual payment by each parish for which agreement has been made, and whether settled with the clergyman or lay impropriator. --2.-- An account of the number of tithe causes brought into each of the Consistorial Courts of Ireland, in each of the years 1822 and 1823; the number decided in favour of and against the prosecutor, and the number withdrawn from court or not decided, in each year. --3.-- A return of the number of civil bills respecting tithes, tried before the assistant barristers and any other courts in Ireland, (except the Consistorial Courts) in each of the years 1822 and 1823; stating, the number decided for the prosecutor, and the number against him, and the number withdrawn from court or not decided, in each year.
