Spirits. An account showing the total number of gallons of spirits distilled in Ireland, in each year, from 5th January 1821 to 5th January 1823; the total number of these duty was paid on for consumption in Ireland, in each of these years; the rate of duty per gallon in each of these years; and, if any difference of duty in any of these years, the number of gallons that paid duty at each rate; and, an account showing the total number of gallons of such distilled spirits exported from Ireland, in each of these years, without paying duty, and the countries they were so exported to, in each of these years.
