Stamps. Return to an order of the House of Commons, dated 10th February 1823; for an account of the amount of duties paid in the years 1820, 1821 and 1822, for each article separately on which duties have been repealed, or are to be repealed in 1823, by any act already passed; stating the periods at which each duty ceased, or is to cease; with an estimate of the diminution on each for the year 1823, as compared with the produce of each for the year 1822.
