Wine. Excise, Scotland. Copies of all the papers completely filled up, that are required by the excise and customs, on paying the duty on wine and foreign spirits; with a detailed account of the procedure necessary, before they are delivered out of the bonded warehouse, at each of the ports of London, Bristol, Leith, Port Glasgow, and Greenock; and distinguishing, in all these papers, the parts filled up by the persons paying the duty, from that part filled up by the persons in the excise or customs:--so far as relates to this department.
