Leather. --1.-- An account of the yearly amount of the duty upon leather, for ten years previously to the laying on of the additional duty; and also the amount of duty since that time, to the latest period that the same can be made up:-- so far as relates to England. --2.-- An account of the number of licenses taken out by tanners, for ten years previously to the laying on of the additional duty upon leather; and also the number since that time, to the latest period that the same can be made up:--so far as relates to England. --3.-- Excise Scotland.--An account of the yearly amount of the duty upon leather, for ten years previously to the laying on of the additional duty; and also the amount of duty since that time, to the latest period that the same can be made up; together with an account of the number of licenses taken out by tanners for the same period:--in so far as regards this department. --4.-- Ireland:--a return of the yearly amount of the duty upon leather, for ten years previously to the laying on of the additional duty; and also the amount of duty since that time to the latest period, that the same can be made up; together with an account of the number of licenses taken out by tanners for the same period, in Ireland.
