An account of the total net produce of the 4 1/2 per cent duties, for the year 1821, as far as relates to the husband, with the application thereof, specifying whether by payments to the Exchequer by way of salaries or pensions, together with the names to whom such salaries and pensions were paid, with the date on which such provisions were first granted.
