National debt. No. 1. An account showing the sum expended by the sinking fund in each year, from its establishment to the 1st of May 1792; showing also, the sum of stock purchased therewith, and stating, whether in three or four per cents; so far as relates to the debt of Great Britain. No. 2. An account of the total amount of the unredeemed debt, at the time of the establishment of the sinking fund in 1786, and on the 1st of May of each year, from the year 1787 to the year 1792 inclusive; distinguishing the amount of three per cents, of four per cents, and of five per cents; so far as relates to the debt of Great Britain. No. 3. An account of the total amount of the unredeemed three per cent stock on the 5th of January 1822, on account of the United Kingdom, including the Austrian and Portuguese loans. No. 4. An account of the total amount of the unredeemed four per cent stock, on the 5th January 1822, on account of the United Kingdom. No. 5. An account of the actual money value of the national unredeemed debt, at the time of the establishment of the sinking fund in 1786, and on 1st of May of each year, from the year 1787 to the year 1792 inclusive, calculated according to the price of stocks at those respective periods, and distinguishing the total value of the three per cents, of the four per cents, and of the five percents; so far as relates to the debt of Great Britain. No. 6. An account of the total amount of the national debt of England and Ireland, including the Austrian and Portuguese loans, and including the debt cancelled in each year, from the 1st of August 1786, to the 5th of January 1822; stating the amount of the funded debt contracted; the amount of the debt redeemed; the amount of unredeemed debt; the amount of the unfunded debt; and also the total amount of unredeemed and unfunded debt in each of those years.
