A bill to repeal an act of the 1st and 2d years of the reign of His Present Majesty, intituled, "an act to explain an act, made in the 14th year of His Late Majesty King George the Third, for explaining an act made in the 12th year of Queen Anne, intituled, 'an act to reduce the rate of interest without any prejudice to parliamentary securities,'" and to substitute other provisions in lieu thereof.
