Middlesex County Court. Return to an order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 24th January 1821;--for, an account of the number of causes tried for the last ten years, by the county clerk, or his deputy, in the county court of the county of Middlesex, held under the act of 23 Geo. 2, c. 33, specifying the number of causes tried in each year;--also, an account of the monies paid, for the same last ten years, for costs or fees by persons suing or being sued in the said court, specifying the amount received in each year, and what proportion thereof in each year has been received by the county clerk, and what received by the other officers of the said court;--also, an account of the balance of monies now in the hands of the county clerk, or the registrar, or other officer of the said court;--also, an account of the balance in hand of the said monies, for the ten years preceding, such balance to be ascertained on 24th June and 25th December.
