King's Bench. Returns to orders of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 7th June, 1821;--for (1.) Return of the clerks of the papers of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench, of the number of cases on the civil side of the said court, entered for argument during the last seven years; and also, an account of the number in arrear at the end of each term for the last three years. (2.) A return of the number of special cases on the criminal side of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench, in each year during the last seven years; together with an account of the number in arrear at the end of each term for the last three years; and of the peremptory rules in arrear, on the criminal side, not being for new trials. (3.) A return of the number of rules to shew cause for new trials granted in His Majesty's Court of King's Bench in each year during the last seven years, together with the number in arrear at the end of each term for the last three years, and of the peremptories in arrear on the civil side of the said court, not being for new trials.
