Extracts from papers, intituled, "copies of all memorials or correspondence between the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury and the Postmaster General, or between the secretaries of the said boards, together with other correspondence, relating to the establishment of an extra post; so far as the same relates to the Post Office;--also, copies of all subsequent papers and correspondence between the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury and the Postmaster General, for any reports from their lordships or their officers, or any petition from the present mail-coach proprietors, on this subject, to the Postmaster General; and for the draft of the proposed agreement or contract offered to be taken by Mr. Burgess."
