Herring fishery. Returns to orders of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 5th March 1821;--for --(1.)-- Returns of all bounties paid to the Scotch herring fisheries, for the last ten years; distinguishing the tonnage and barrel bounties; and also the bounties paid on white and red herrings exported. --(2.)-- Return of all grants other than bounties, made for the encouragement of the Scotch herring fisheries, with the made of their application, for the last ten years. --(3.)-- Return of all grants made for the forming or improving harbours, ports or places in Scotland, where fisheries are or have been carried on, for the last fourteen years.
