Excise, salt. (1.) An account of the quantity of solid salt, crushed rock salt, coloured or dyed salt, delivered for the use of the British fisheries, from 27th July 1817 to 1st May 1821; distinguishing such part as was delivered for the fisheries in the Isle of Man; with the names of the persons to whom delivered, and the dates of such deliveries. (2.) A list of such fish curers who have made entry to use solid salt, crushed rock salt, coloured or dyed salt, from 27th July 1817 to 1st May 1821; and given bonds according to the act 57 Geo. 3, c. 59. (3.) An account of all rock salt delivered, from 27th July 1817 to the 1st May 1821, for the purpose of feeding cattle, or for manure; also, the quantity of salted ashes delivered for manure.
