Spirits. Return to an order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 19th April 1821;--for an account of the total number of gallons of rum, and amount of duty paid the customs and excise thereon, in Great Britain, from 5th July 1815 to 5th July 1820; distinguishing England from Scotland; and showing the difference in the number of gallons charged with duty by the excise or customs, and how that difference arises;--also, a similar account of all other spirits imported from foreign countries, for the same period, as far as applies to the quantity charged with duty.
