An account of the total capital of the unredeemed funded debt of Great Britain and Ireland, including the Austrian and Portuguese loans; in each year from 5 January 1817 to 5 January 1821 inclusive; together with the total annual charge of the said debt, including annuities for lives or years, and charge of management.
