National debt. 2. An account of the total capital of the funded debt of Great Britain and Ireland, including the Austrian and Portuguese loans, and including the debt cancelled, as it stood on the 5th January in each year, from the 5th January 1817 to the 5th January 1821; distinguishing the total amount of debt; debt contracted in each year; debt redeemed in each year, paid off, or transferred from the British to the Irish funds, and the total unredeemed debt; together with the total charge of the said debt, including annuities for lives or years; and also distinguishing the portion of the said charge paid to the Commissioners for the Reduction of the National Debt, under the heads within mentioned.
