Ordnance stores. A supplementary account of all ordnance stores sold by or under the authority of the Board of Ordnance, by private contract, or in any other manner than by public auction or public bidding, in the years 1815, 1816, 1817, 1818, 1819, and 1820, respectively; describing the stores sold, the names of the buyers, dates of the contracts, prices, terms of payment, and other conditions upon which such private bargains have been made; with the exception of such bargains or contracts, the conditions of which are, that the terms and prices shall not be divulged until the period allotted for the same shall have expired.
