Army: courts martial. (1.) Return of the number of general courts martial held at head quarters in London, in Scotland, and in Ireland, in each year from 1808 to 1820, both inclusive; and the number of such courts martial at which the Judge Advocate General in London, and the Deputy Judge Advocates General in Scotland and Ireland, officiated in person in each year. (2.) Return of the number of persons in the army tried by general courts martial, in each year from 1808 to 1820, inclusive; distinguishing the number of officers and of men tried, and of general courts martial from general regimental courts martial; and also the number of such proceedings laid before His Majesty in each year.
