Law proceedings: customs. Accounts of all sums of money paid, during seven years last past, out of the incidents or otherwise, of the revenue of customs, on account of law proceedings instituted, or intended to be commenced by the said board; distinguishing whether the sums were paid as fees to counsel, and whether to the regular counsel to the commissioners, or to the Attorney General and Solicitor General, or other counsel.
