Bills of credit. An estimate of the sum which will be required to enable His Majesty to pay off and discharge the remainder of the bills of credit, or other securities, issued by virtue of an act of 54 Geo. III. c. 13, intituled, "an act for giving effect to certain engagements of His Majesty with the Emperor of all the Russias and the King of Prussia, for furnishing a part of the pecuniary succours for assisting His Majesty's said allies in supporting the expenses of the war with France;" also, an estimate of the sum which will be required to pay the interest thereon.
