No. 1--Substance of the engagements between the courts of St. Petersburgh and Stockholm, signed at St. Petersburgh the 24th of March 1812, so far as the same are referred to in the treaty signed at Stockholm on the 3d of March 1813, between His Majesty and the King of Sweden. 2--An account of bills of exchange on the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, and of monies issued under their lordships' warrants for the service of the Swedish government, in virtue of the treaty of the 3d of March 1813. 3.--Memorandum of Swedish troops arrived at Stralsund.
