Army returns. --1.-- Return of the number of officers who have been appointed from the half pay to full pay, upon vacancies in the army, and not by exchange; since the 31st December 1815. --2.-- Number of gentlemen who have been appointed to commissions in regiments of cavalry and infantry of the line, from the 26th January 1819 to the 25th January 1820; distinguishing those from the Royal Military College, and whether by, or without purchase. --3.-- Return of the number of gentlemen who have been appointed to commissions in the line, since the 14th March 1819, and who have subsequently been placed upon half pay.
