Tax Office. First return to so much of an order, dated the 28th of March 1817;--requiring, an account of all monies received during the year ending the 5th January 1816, by way of poundage, by individuals engaged in the collection of the revenue of stamps and the land tax; distinguishing the names of the individuals, and their other emoluments:--as relates to the land tax revenue. Second return to so much of the said order, dated the 28th March 1817;--as requires the amount of balances in the hands of the respective receivers general of land tax, on the 5th January 1816.
