A return to an order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 21st March 1817;--for, a list of all persons now indebted to His Majesty, upon final accounts examined and passed by the Commissioners for Auditing the Public Accounts, or the Auditors of the Land Revenue, in respect of whom any proceedings for the recovery of balances due upon such accounts have been suspended or delayed, by the directions or authority of the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury; specifying in such list, the names and periods of the accounts, the times when the accounts were respectively passed, the balances now due, and the causes for which the proceedings for recovery thereof have been suspended or delayed;--so far as relates to the Audit Office.
