Return, in pursuance of an order of the House of Commons, dated 3 April 1818; for, a return of the different fees payable to and received by the different clerks of assize in England; distinguishing their rate and aggregate amount, during each of the twenty years last past; and also stating whether any and what variation has taken place in the rate of any of the said fees, and under what authority any such alteration may have taken place during that period; so far as returns have been received at the Secretary of State's Office for the Home Department.
