East India accounts. 1. Statement of the bond debts and simple contract debts of the East India Company, with the rates of interest they respectively carry, and the amount of such interest; and the state of cash remaining in their treasury, and other effects appertaining to the company, in Great Britain and afloat, on the 1st March 1812.--Together with the estimated increased value of goods to remain unsold in the warehouses of the East India Company on the 1st March 1813, after providing for the sales of the year. 2.
