Return to an order of the House of Commons, dated 17th June 1817,--for an account of all the actual receipts and disbursements of the General Post-Office, under the act for granting certain rates on the postage of letters to and from Great Britain, the Cape of Good Hope, the Mauritius, and the East Indies, passed in the 55th year of His Present Majesty's reign, to as late a period as the same can be made out;--also, a return of all vessels and packet boats established or employed by the Postmaster General for the conveyance of packets to and from the East Indies, under the authority of the said act.
