Account of the receipts and appropriations of the surplus rates of pilotage, received under and by virtue of an act, passed in the 48th year of the reign of His Late Majesty King George the Third, intituled, "an act for the better regulation of pilots, and of the pilotage of ships and vessels navigating the British seas;" and of another act, passed in the 52d year of His Said Majesty's reign, intituled, "an act for the more effectual regulation of pilots, and of the pilotage of ships and vessels on the coast of England," to create a fund for the better support and maintenance of such pilots belonging to the said fellowship of the Cinque Ports, as shall be superannuated.
