II. Further returns to an order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated the 1st of December 1819; for a return of the names of the different persons who have belonged to the public civil departments connected with the army in Great Britain and Ireland, and who receive allowances, compensations and emoluments, in the nature of superannuation or retired allowances; with the amount of the allowance received by each; and the length of service in the department for which such allowance is paid; so far as relates to the Barrack Department, comptrollers of army accounts, Chelsea Hospital, and Royal Military Asylum, Chelsea.
