An account, showing the average amount of bank notes and bank post bills in circulation, for the space of three years, preceding the 6th April 1818, which the governor and company of the Bank of England are directed by the act 55th Geo. III, cap. 184, to deliver annually on the 1st day of May to the commissioners of stamps.
