An account of all the proceedings that have been had by and with the Commissioners of Military Accompts, relative to the accompts of the Barrack Department; for which Lord Tyrawly, late First Commissioner of Barracks in Ireland, and Mr. Cuff, treasurer, are responsible:--with a statement of the balances appearing on the accompts, as delivered in to the Military Accompt Office, by Lord Tyrawly and Mr. Cuff, for examination.
