Extract of a note delivered in by Viscount Castlereagh to the allied ministers, and placed upon their protocol. Paris, September 11, 1815 (2.) Note from Lord Castlereagh addressed to M. Baguenault, Banquier, requiring him to keep 100,000 francs at the disposal of M. Antonio Canova. (3.) Substance of a memorandum given to M. Antonio Canova, on his leaving London in December 1815. (4.) Letter from W. Hamilton, dated Foreign Office, 16 December 1815, to George Harrison, Esq. Treasury Chambers. (5.) Another letter from W. Hamilton to G. Harrison, dated 19 December: with enclosures of receipts of M. Antonio Canova, and a debit and credit account of 100,000 francs. (6.) Letter from G. Harrison, dated Treasury Chambers, 26 December 1815, to the commissary in chief, instructing him to place 150,000 francs at the disposal of M. Canova. (7.) Letter from S. R. Lushington, Esq. dated Treasury Chambers, 20 Dec. 1815, to William Hamilton, Esq. (8.) Translated extracts of a letter from the Cardinal Gonsalvo to Lord Viscount Castlereagh; dated Rome, March 9th, 1816. Whitehall Treasury Chambers, 8 May 1816.
