Papers relating to extents in aid: viz. return to an order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 13th June 1816; for I. Copies of the several affidavits on which extents in aid have been issued out of the Exchequer; in the cases therein enumerated. II. An account of all the separate fees payable on the process of obtaining the issue of an extent from the Exchequer; specifying to what officer or other person each fee is payable, and the total amount of all such fees, during the year ending the 31st of December 1815. III. Copy of a privy seal, made and directed to the chancellor and barons of the Exchequer, in the 12th year of James the First for the preventing of certain mischiefs in the issuing of extents. IV. A copy of certain rules made in the Court of Exchequer, in Hilary term (12th February) in the 15th year of Charles the First; touching extents in aid, and assigning of debts to His Majesty, upon complaint made of abuses therein.
