Accounts relating to the army: viz. 1. Particulars of the pay of the general and staff officers, and officers of the hospitals, serving with His Majesty's forces on foreign stations; from 25th December 1815, to 24th December 1816, both inclusive, being 366 days. 2. An account of the expenses of the royal waggon train since the 1st of January 1815, up to the 1st of January 1816, distinguishing each head, specifying the names, and the pay, or half-pay, or staff appointment, or other allowances, of the commanding officer and other officers thereunto belonging; also the number of men levied, foreigners as well as British, the amount of the bounties, the price of the horses bought, as well as those that have been sold; and the number of desertions that have taken place from that corps, during the same period; accompanied by thirteen statements.
