An account of all exchequer bills, called deficiency bills, on the Consolidated Fund of Great Britain, issued under the act 57 Geo. III, c. 48, and under the act 59 Geo. III, c. 19, in the quarters ending 5th April, 5th July, and 10th October 1819, distinguishing each quarter, and also stating the respective periods in each quarter when such bills were discharged, together with the amount and rate of interest paid thereon to the Bank of England.
