An account of all the appointments which have taken place under the Board of Customs for Scotland, between the 5th of April 1816, and the 5th of April 1817, under the authority or the recommendation of the Treasury; stating, in each case, whether it was by promotion or otherwise, and specifying the pay and emoluments of the employment to which each person has been appointed; as also, (if he should have been promoted) those of the office held before by him.
