An account of sums which were, in the year ended 5th January 1804, charged upon His Majesty's civil list, for the within mentioned services:--and also, of the sums which were voted by Parliament for part of these services in the supplies 1811; and the sums which were charged upon or paid, for the remainder of these services, out of the land revenue, in the same year. 5.
