A bill to provide for regulating the warehousing of spirits distilled from corn in Ireland, for exportation, without payment of the duty of excise chargeable thereon; and to transfer the custody of spirits so warehoused, from the Commissioners of Customs and Port Duties in Ireland, and their officers, to the Commissioners of Inland Excise and Taxes in Ireland, and their officers.
