An account of the amount of all the promissory notes and post bills of the governor and company of the Bank of England, in circulation at the close of the business on Saturday in every week, for three years preceding the 6th day of April 1819; together with the average amount or value thereof according to the said account; being a copy of the account delivered on the 1st day of May 1819, (pursuant to the act 55 Geo. III, cap. 184,) to the commissioners of stamps.
