(Ireland.) Returns to the order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 9 May 1820;--for a copy of the bonds, or other sureties, required from or given by Mr. Robert Newman, and by other collectors of townland or still fines, appointed to districts in the counties of Londonderry, Donegal, and Tyrone, when authorized by the Board of Excise in Ireland to levy such fines on townlands for illegal distillation of spirits, or crimes connected therewith, as securities for his or their duly accounting for the amount of all monies produced from those fines, either by the receipt of cash, of bills or notes, or by the sale of cattle, grain, or other articles, and effects distrained, taken or seized, or by any other means to be by him, by them, or by his or their assistants, levied at his or their discretion from the property of any individual of any such townland in the district to which he or they were appointed and so authorized.
