A list of the public accountants, in respect of whom the execution of any process or proceeding under the act 39th and 40th Geo. III. c. 54, or otherwise, for recovering any balances ascertained or declared to be due from them for principal and interest, on any part thereof, hath been controlled, suspended, or prevented by the authority of His Royal Highness the Prince Regent, between the 5th January 1816 and the 5th January 1817; specifying the amount of the balances originally ascertained or declared to be due from such persons, respectively, and the several sums still remaining due from them, and the causes for which the execution of such process or proceeding has been controlled, suspended, or prevented.
