Accounts relating to convicts: viz. 1. An account of the expense of victualling the several ships taking convicts to the settlement of New South Wales and its dependencies, and of the provisions provided and sent by this department thither, from the 1st January 1816 to the 1st January 1818, distinguishing each year; also, of the expense of medicines supplied to the several ships taking out convicts, from the 1st April to the 31st December 1817. 2. An account of the annual expense of the transportation of convicts to New South Wales and its dependencies, and of the total annual expense of those settlements from the 1st of January 1816 to the 1st of January 1818, according to the form of the appendix to the report of the Committee of Finance, presented to the House of Commons 26th June 1798. 3. An account of the number of convicts who have died on the passage to New South Wales, since the 1st January 1816. 4. An account of the number of persons, male and female (distinguishing and stating the ages of those under 21 years of age) who have been transported as criminals to New South Wales, from the 1st of January 1816 to the 1st of January 1818. 5. An account of the number of persons who have been discharged from the hulks for the last three years, distinguishing each year; likewise those who have been pardoned, from those whose term of punishment has expired.
