A bill to alter and amend so much of an act of the 55th year of His Present Majesty, as relates to the salaries of clergymen officiating as chaplains in houses of correction; and to remove all doubts whether justices of the peace have the power of dismissing chaplains officiating in gaols and houses of correction.
