Return to an order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated 17th March 1819; for an account of cotton wool, imported into Great Britain from all parts of the world, in each year from 1812 to 1817, both inclusive; distinguishing the countries and ports from which, and the ports into which, the same has been imported, and the weights respectively from each such country or port into each such port; also specifying the rate of duty paid on such importations respectively, with the gross and net amounts of the duty received in each year.
