An account of the amount paid, or payable to the Bank of England, as a commission or charge for the management of the public debt, within one year, ending the 1st of May 1817, including the sum of Đ.1,898. 3. 5. for the charge of management on four millions, now forming a part of the capital of the bank, lent to the government; stating the respective rates per million payable to the bank, as a commission for the management of the several portions of such public debt.
